I really like the title because it speaks so much honesty while one wouldn't expect honesty at all if you're refering to the speaker being a lie.
I have to admit that the way you break your lines is really eye-tiring and it doesn't flow well either, I'd recommend you to rearrange it because the way it is right now it was quite tough for me to read, but that's just me.
The feelings in this poem were quite strong too. So to me this poem is okay, but it needs some editing.
