I think you did an excellent job conveying your feelings. I'm sorry you are going through this, I know how you feel. It has happened to me before. Just keep strong, and keep on writing. It really helps.

Wow their might be one lil mess up idk but it's great and amazing ur poem I could feel every word and can relate and probably feel a lil like that now I loved it all :)

I think that the title already gives an hint what this poem will be about, which is always good. It does not tell too much and it actually made me curious too.
Also the emotions seem very heartfelt though I have to admit that I do not like the format too much (Mainly because some lines are way longer than others). I'd recommend you to add some punctuation too, but that's not too essential. I enjoyed this poem nonetheless and hope that waiting will be worth it in the end. I wish you the best.
