    There we go, my interpretation:

It seems to me that you are a member amongst a group, a very 'acclaimed' tight group. And if you chose to be liberated from it, then you're doomed. I think it's considered a shame to leave them. I don't know what you mean exactly,,, but I like the incorporation of Orpheus and the Sirens, they give some melody to the ears, and they make your metaphors sway smoothly. And in the end, I get that you chose to leave.....

I think you have taken a big decision by leaving... but again, I'm saying I cannot grasp what you mean exactly. But I hope I grasped 10% of it.

    Amazing, as always.

    Hey Karla

    Nice job with the poem

Circe told me to beeswax my tired ears
as they pretend to sing just for me.
    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I don't know if I am reading it wrong but if someone tells you to cover your ears - does it mean that they are talking bad about you? The fact that they pretend to sing - as to say they pretend to like you but don't? I find this stanza kinda sad if it is how it was supposed to be written. I apologize if my view is off

    But here I shall be.
Swimming against the tide I am.
It matters not to me the sirens
as long as they remember my name.
    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I like this - if you leave you just want to be remembered. Swimming against the tide though shows me an image of struggle and hardship.

I like what you have written

The wild sea of life of love or both. Sirens tempt and tease but are fake and dangerous.
I love this touch of the mythical.
