Marya, that is a good piece where your friendly heart pumps amazingly! yet to make that a perfect poem, here are some props for you to consider:

- try to make the words on one line not more than 5 or 6 because the eye would be more relaxed.

- capitalize all the 'i's ..

- make your piece not a one part, on contrary, make it several parts maybe 5 lines in each part..

- a lot .. instead of.. alot

- use 'and' instead of '&'

- she's always there for me.... instead of.. their for me

- I understand you love the symbols: <3 and =) ... I think they are reflected in your words, so they aren't needed much.
