Moonbeam

by Ole Carsten   Jan 25, 2012

And the moonbeam kissed the sea
You invited me to sit with a cup of tea
Bring in the cool air from the night
Sitting warming us in the pale candle light

Kissing during the dark hours
Hiding behind a lot of flowers
Seeking the essence of lust
Knowing we could trust

Morning sweet comes with dew
Walking hand in hand among few
Tired in bodies but refreshed in love
Watching the clouds spreading above
