Ive had this exact same situation happen to me, its not a feeling easily described, but a plesant one none the less. You worded it well, and the reader can feel the emotion in this poem too. good start.

"It was a wonderful moment
The moment I hold you in my arms
Both speechless and silent
Enjoying each others warmth "

Very sweet indeed, girls like a guy who can show emotion. those who are not afraid do get more in return.

"You're my everything, you're my whole pride
You're the only one I want by my side"

This is what love does, the sentiment of love in those two lines are stong.

"Those invisible monsters still following you till here?"

You should take out the "till" in this line, sometimes less is more.

you had a nice ending, a good show of what love means to you through this poem, what more could a reader ask for? well done.

^^This is definitely my most favorite part of ur sweet lovely poem and filled with such romance that it is somewhat dreamy,,it is a good write,,there were fantastic breadboards and then times when it just didn't fit or flow right,,it's a good all together poem I really enjoyed reading it,,long but kinda worth the read
