Okay here is the promised comment.

First of all I was wondering what your title is supposed to refer to and I wasn't really able to think of something until I read your poem, I really like the play of words and your word choice in general because they make the whole poem flow really smoothly.
I am happy to see a topic dealing with this topic instead of just pretending it would not be there, I also like your straightforwardness because it emphasizes what you mean and the sarcasm you use in specific phrases is clear too.

We both know that the EUs currency isn't experiencing its most stable time right now, or lets rather say it isn't as stable as it was before. National bankruptcy seems to be problems we'll have to deal with more "commonly", which on one sides cuases people to save the bit of money they have because they're afraid that their regime might try and get it with some way or another (taxes mostlikely), while those who have it in masses, spend it like it's nothing.

But to get back to your poem, I thought it was an interesting read!

One suggestion: I think avirice should be avarice.

Nicely worded protest against our modern day society and the air headed 'nouveau riche'
