I thought this was a powerful poem. A lot of emotion described here from childhood onward. I know people think happiness is hard to achieve but that's because they are not searching enough. They basically drown in their own sorrow. But it's there. Sometimes we don't realize it's right beside us. We just need to turn around. Nice write. :)

Beautiful poem ... i was crying before i read this, i cried even more while reading it... it's really beautiful..Life's unfair sometimes and happiness is like an unreachable thing..but hey...just write it all down, but don't do it....just let the pen/pencil/keyboard feel the pain..drop the words out like hot potato, let the tears fall... because somehow it lessens the pain... and your P&Q (poems and quotes) friends are here too...=)
