The first part of the poem was written in past tense so I should have known it would end up sad, though the beginning did make me smile. There were beautiful words, a lovely poem.

The second part broke my heart, two people who could not be together because of things that one of them is going through, very heartbreaking.

Like a song, flows smoothly and lovingly till the end when the hammer falls and another heart is broken..
