The title: Painting our Wallpaper Black
---Really pulled me to read this. It's somewhat sinister. A wallpaper is most commonly light in color, and painting the wallpaper black would make the room gloomy and dark. It's like making your world dark, or submerging your whole world in darkness. Very creative..
    "We are all memories old
Someones shadow in tow"---WOW just wow. The first lines already captivated me. I just wish you'd add an apostrophe in 'someones'= someone's.
"To shut the door and swallow the key
'Cause this song you sing, this beat you lead
It drains all but the very last of me
I've hummed along for far too long
    Held on to history forgotten"
---Really powerful lines!! I love this. I liken this to someone who's been following someone for far too long, and have forgotten to lead their own lives. Take a 'die-hard' fan for example. Praising a celebrity/singer/actor is quite normal, perhaps a person admires them for their success, but if you continue to 'follow' them and copy them, trying to live their lives, sooner or later, you'll forget who you really are..
Well, sorry for babbling, but I absolutely love this piece. Keep writing :)

PS. I'm also fond of the repetition of lines in the end. Makes this piece whole. Great job! 5/5
