Comments : Angels with Paper Wings

Loved this poem and the scheme,
It had a great rhythmic pattern.

"We are mocked, and are torn, and are broken, and are ripped,
because we are judged, and assumed, and analyzed by each slip.
    Until we fall;
    they watch us fall,
    to so many little pieces,
from the pedestals they placed us on.
We, the Angels with paper wings,
trying to be perfect in everything,
until the pressure is too deep,
    and we fall, without mercy,
We Angels with paper wings. "

This was one of my favorite parts to your poem, and

"Can we love, and we lift, and we share, and embrace,
Because we understand, and we know we all stumble in this race.
    So when we fall,
    we'll ease the fall,
with the arms of other Angels,
lifting us up until we can stand again.
    We Angels with paper wings,
    admitting imperfection in everything,
until we rise above the pressure,
    we rise inside mercy,
of Angels, together: we are 1000 paper wings."
    Ended the poem very well!
