What a sad but, beautifully written tribute to Trayvon. Our president, in my forum composed a poem about Trayvon's incidence, and posted it on the listserve for we members, of the writers forum. I didn't know it was about a real incidence. I just gave my comment, thinking its just another poem. His response to my insightful comments, drew me to the realisation of the pathetic case of Trayvon. He posted a link that further gave me the hint to his source of inspiration to his poem. His case is like that of many teenagers in America whom get killed due to racism and precarious lifestyles of most youths in their society. I hope in due course the rampant gory cases of such will be reduced. May his soul rest in peace, Amen. A very terrific and emotive piece Mike. Bon Travail!!!

This is a very sad story, well written. Nobody will ever find out what truly happened.

Thanks for doing what poets do. Shed light on society and the human condition in general
You are a good writer. I am not sure I could have approached this subject. Thanks.
