Leaving you, again

by Ole Carsten   Apr 29, 2012

Everything surrounding you.
Is gracefully touched by love
I sit numb and feel blessed too.
Looking at my empty hand, no glove.

Our life are plaited together.
Like an invisible leash of leather.
Love is even a stronger band.
Holding us softly for a lifespan.

Good morning, I whisper, I hope,
that I won't wake you, can't cope,
with the feeling of departing again.
To leave you gives to much pain.
