Heartbreak is painful the first couple weeks, veryyy painful , even months even.. but I totallly get this poem, its sad but it does express your feelings well....

Yeah, I agree with Fly High..for being heart broken is not easy to mend. Although, you try to forget about it..make busy things so it has no space in your mind but still it will come back again...it is a painful wound that very hard to heal and takes long time to recover again unless you learn to forgive and open your heart again...
