    When truths are spit

and words are like sharpened knives.

Love this because its right, words could be a deadly weapon... . and I did enjoy the long breaks and I absoultely love the ending "i am free" love this poem, it was penned nicely...nice work on this. .

I love this poem! I love the layout, it made me read it slower and enjoy everything much more. The images were awesome and I love the reference to Alice in Wonderland. As soon as you said White Rabbit and opening doors etc, I knew what you were referring to even before you mentioned her name.

    Awesome write! Loved it

The 'Alice in Wonderland' references gave this a really nice touch, as well as Lady Lazarus (Sylvia Plaths' poem?) I love the piece.
The word choice shows maturity, as well as the use of intricate metaphors which are open to interpretation yet they do not confuse.

    "It will be faster
    than the next grain falls."

There is something wrong here. Perhaps 'than' should be 'when'?

    "While life follows its flux,
    coaxing The Moon to wane
and waxe, I host the air,"

I don't know what 'waxe' mean..
But this part is the highlight of the poem. The echo of the title here is well-placed. It has meanings both literally and metaphorically, but when I first read it, my interpretation is that although life goes on, the persona doesn't really 'care' (can't find another word), as long as she is living her life..

    "thinking about nothing,
    being nothing but at least
    I am free."

A really nice ending that sums up everything. Great job. Keep writing :)

I love that you incorporated Alice in Wonderland

and also at the end of the poem it sounds like a relief.

    well done.
