Wow I don't know what to say to this. This is a great poem Alisha. It shows how people can become prejudiced so easily. I liked how you compared the view of the boy from society's perspective and from the mother's.

There are quite a few typos in this poem. Most look like you just hit the wrong key on the keyboard. Other than that there is nothing wrong with this poem. Awesome job :)

What most people don't realize is that everyone is a son/daughter to somebody... they only see the bad, the mother sees only good because that is her pride and joy and she wants nothing but for them to succeed. this is such a wonderful poem about society, a great message. 5/5
