From what I understand Thomas, you are writing this from the point of Jesus if this is in fact about Mary, his mother. Interesting.

I have a feeling that this is mostly what you think about when you read the story of Jesus. You must wonder why Mary did not do anything to stop Jesus from being crucified, and I am afraid that you will never get the real reason.

Good job at expressing your thoughts

I'll start by saying that I don't like the content of this poem.
but I still give a 5 because of the structure and the flow of the piece, also for sharing your opinion. Content wise, not sure.

I dislike it because I feel that you are judging virgin Mary,
and for me she is a saint. This is one of those topics that will always bring controversy,
be careful on how you write it.

I don't know what you mean on this stanza:

    Mother!
    Why did you disgrace me?
    How could you
    carry an other man's baby?

--if by the baby, you mean Jesus himself, then that was in my opinion not a disgrace. I'm catholic and I believe that God chose Mary for a reason because she was Pure like none other.

and I'm still trying to figure out what you meant on this stanza:

    Mother!
You knew I would be King
    But I guess your faith
    Was unraveled like a string

---unraveled as in began to fall?

I think this is a powerful write in the sense that you are showing people how you feel about a certain sensitive topic. I personally believe in God and I could never imagine what it would have been like for Mary to watch her child die like that, especially in those times. No parent should ever lose their child at all let alone in a way like that.

I get what you were trying to write here.
