Even though this is a sad piece, you have such a gift with words, your poems are so elegant and beautiful. A complete joy to read.

This is so sad. you are so very talented in the way which you can create such imagery with your word choice. This one is quite sad and can be taken in many ways. You can take from it the person who has been hurt so badly, or you can picture the flower, mistreated and forgotton by the world. The way we abuse mother nature by our neglect and poor choices.

What stuck into my head was the image of a flower, a rose perhaps, lying on the ground indented into the concrete. The footsteps of everyone just stomping over it with no care for it what so ever. Makes you think what we do when people are hurting, and the others who choose to stomp on our own pain to make it worse. Also those who chose to walk away and not get involved or help.

I really liked this one! xx

I love the pic you have used to captivate the words, the shape is beautiful and something about it seems lonely.

I thought it was a flower and you have done a beautiful job of that.

Oh your poems always move me hun
