You have a couple of little typos that you need to edit here and...please capitalize all your I's...it makes for better reading. Apart from that...this is nicely rhymed and the flow was really quite good. Welcome to P&Q.

I really liked this one,,and i love the chess references as I'm an avid player. Very touching poem. I hope to read more from you in the future. :) there area some typos but I'm not one to worry about such things as long as its readable :)
