There is a lot to take fromt his poem, I have read it over and over trying to understand your point, each time I come up with another. The main thing that jumps out is the relation to the money, bills, payments which suggests you are stressed in this department? Or simply fed up of having debts perhaps?
You could be using the money as a metaphor also relating to other aspects in your life which are stressful.

What jumps out the most is the end stanza's where you express what you feel about yourself as being unworthy of being here, like you are a burden. Using the umbilical cord implys maybe that you have felt this way since you were young enough to remember? Like you have always felt like a burden to those around you, even as a child?

This is deep and sad, but you have penned it well. good work.
