Wow, this is really powerful. I have one suggestion because I believe it will help the power of your poem.

I suggest you single out the line " I love you" because like you state in your poem, it is so painful for you to hear this, it owuld emphasise this to have it standing on its own like this :

As soon as I think everything is fine
I suddenly hear the most painful line.

I love you.

Everything is silent
I turn to his face.

- this is just my opinion though.

I can relate to how you have described pretending to be ok, and the fake smile you wear. You described this well. Also liked the flow and casual rhyming of the poem.
