I like rhyming poems so I enjoyed this, nice layout for the type of poem also so well done.

Nice strong message about how you feel and how you are used to feeling this way. I related to the last line because sometimes you feel so low that you dont see a point in trying to get better because you cannot imagine a day when you ever could feel better, such a sad place to be.
