Longingness

by Edward Oropeza   Oct 11, 2012

I wish someday,
I could brush your hair,
count each strands,
and softly touch your back,
gently massage your delicate skin,

whisper in your ear,
"I love you hon."
Take a breathe and capture your lips,
for I'm longing for your kiss,

hold your arms in mine,
and embrace you with all my love...
and say thank you hon,
for counting on me,

And will let that night
where our hearts can witness
the love that we share,
A love so true,
that the two of us share....

This was so sweet, romantic and kind of fairy-tale like. It spoke to me and while reading this I felt quite teary as I lost my finace and I always think this will be the kind of thing he will be saying to me if he could.

    Nice work.

Yes, but it happens mostly...if only the two of them really care for each other
