There are many meaningful points within this poem. I like this style of poetry and appreciate you explaining how it should be written. I think this poems speaks about the average woman, we rather take the same route on the streets of an unsatisfying and unreal love. Change is something many are afraid of s especially when you are expecting the same pain to be the outcome.

    Great poem....

Oh, there is just hmm not sure but it is hard to change even if one wants. I don't know what it is but it does seem that it's human nature to go for those who mistreat us. It could be that one may hope to change this person and that's why they stay together.
It could be that one fell in love and thus can tolerate the mistreatment but still gets hurts. I really don't know what it is but I do know that when it comes to love it's usually one likes someone and this someone likes this some other one, and it's not usually a mutual feeling. It goes in a chain, so perhaps only those at the end of the chain are the ones that find true love when they are locked up with a lock. Lol
    They were meant.

Hmm but another thing that caught my attention was the part about you wanting her to be free, it seems that you are in love with her so much so it must hurt you to see her getting hurt. Hope she can see how much you love her.

People, we just see what we want to see...
Great piece, thanks for the info. This piece doesn't sound force in the rhymes. Haha you are really good at those. Keep up the awesome work my friend.
