I could appreciate the sublimity of your soul

When I started reading this at first I thought of native american indians for some reason...maybe because you mentioned nomadic gypsy? It gave me a sense that, even if you wanted to set down some roots, perhaps you were never able to.

The second half made me reconsider my first thoughts because you speak of self discovery but...in the end I think they are both linked. The experiences have made you who you are today in the end. Very thought provoking write!
