The and in the 2nd line should be removed it would flow better imho.

I think writing for ourselves is a great release/activity, it usually comes down to some sort of realisation, and we'd oftentimes discover ourselves more. I especially love the ending lines; trusting yourself more. I think it's necessary to trust ourselves first, before we could truly trust anybody else. Great job!
