Something are scary and to admit them is difficult.

It is sad to feel like this has came from your heart - but again, your best peices are the ones from that beautiful place.

I could very much relate to this, in many ways as my life felt like a secret at one point, and even now years later, things are too hard to admit or write about and so I bury them away under a stone and pretend they are not there and I do not have to face them
