I've never heard of this form before, so that was interesting for me to see. Salsa was a hard one because you immediately think of the snack, so I definitely like what you did with it here, including fiery/lava etc. Hot and spicy ;)

My only complaint would be that the last line doesn't match the form rules, as it is stated " and is in quotations as this line contains a quote that defines the first word (title)." and whilst the author managed to keep to eight syllables here I see that other than that they struggled keeping to the specifics of the form, which lets the poem down slightly given the whole poem is a form.` "
