I love the imagery here Brittany. Though it's short it's very sad yet beautiful. I love the message you bring here though. I think you are letting your sadness out and the dark woods give an eerie and creepy feeling. You are alone of course but I think you don't want any one to find you. Maybe you are trying to run away from what ever haunts you. Again you give the feeling of sadness of loss even. Your heart and life seem to be hollow here. The imagery is outstanding as I said. Every line is great and plays a part of the poem well. Great job.
