I like this a lot saffie. The Ferris wheel is a good metaphor. I think what you are saying here is that you are floating away from reality and you are in pain here. You want to jump off but do you really want to die?. No i don't think so but you just want to end your pain. Time always feels like it's standing still I agree. When you are hurt and in pain. I feel like you are saying that your life is the ferris wheel and you just want to escape from the cage that is holding you back. Being at the top of life is very scary because you never know what can happen. Your mind is very scared of what is to come because it's hard to let go of the past. I like the ending as well because it wraps up the tone of the poem. Again you just want to escape from the cage and your pain is holding you back. Overall this is an excellent poem and the message is so sad but I relate to it well. Good job.

I think that the unstable Ferris wheel is a metaphor for your life. It's rocky and a little unstable and sometimes you feel like you are caged inside without a key. Also, the fear of heights indicates that maybe you are afraid of taking a leap of faith... of pursuing this change and conquering this fear.

I like how throughout this ride you are analyzing your life, how you came to be trapped and how you will ever get down. It's almost like the moment they say happens before you die, your life just flashes before your eyes... I get that kind of feel with this. Fear can do that to ya.

Overall, I really like this metaphor. Great job!
