Wow Chelsey, another amazing poem by you.

I adore the title again, and how you keep witht hat idea within the poem, and how this person makes you feel safe, it is like you are safekeeping them, and they are keeping you safe. Very clever.

the love and closeness between the two characters was well portrayed throughout, mostly with the jigsaw imagery of joining together and holding together.

I thought the idea of a gift from God, was really good, and then you mention unwrapping it, then also add in from around you. I adored this line and how it came in those three little parts, well done.

As for your ending, I think it again holds quite a lot, perhaps just an innocent thought as to others might need this person, but they are too occupied with you. But it could also hint at slight insecurity behind the lines so speak, that you feel safe with this person, but what if someone else needs them more, will they let go of your hands, or will they put you first and remain beside you.

    Lovely little poem

Another wonderfully written piece which could almost be described as poetic prose.
Really well done and take care,
    Ben
