I like this poem A LOT.

I have been there, got the t-shirt and the mug even the damn bumper sticker and this is a hard place to go man.

Really, this write spoke volumes to me and there was a time when reading this would have helped me a little back then.

I like how open and honest you are in it especially...

I remember being too proud to ask for help when this happened to me, sitting in my car in November and being so cold I just wanted to throw up.
