    Hello,

    Confidence is like an egg shell, you feel it, look at it and seems hard, but it can all too soon break, releasing a fragile goo.

    This is the image that came to mind as I started to read. The fragile goo is not harmless though, it is full of emotions, frustration and 'rage' so I guess a better description would be larva - boiling and ready to spit and burn anyone who gets too close.

    My advice is to let off a little steam regularly to keep a lid on the volcano

    Sorry for the rambling - that's what I tend to do.

    A good write from you both. Please write more...
