Courtney, this is so sad but can be relatable to many of us. You write beautifully and I like how you make the soul, mind, heart etc speak because if they could these would no doubt be what they said.

Mind, be at rest,
Heart, feel at ease.
Body, I know it hurts,
Give her time, please.
