Kasie, this is lovely. To be honest, sometimes it's these 'quick 10 minute poems' that are the very best; they are raw and honest. I say it quite often but it's writes like these that always strike me as the best as they aren't 'over-produced' or polished to within an inch of their lives. I think some of the genuine feeling can be lost that way.
