I love the voice in this and how you managed to point out that while some stereotypes are sometimes beautiful in their effortless cliche' (like a tree standing on its own), there is still more than you could ever know about that tree that makes that sorrow all the more heartrending, or maybe even more closely equated to joy. Stunning write, with a creative lay out and a nice dependancy on imagery. Good luck in the weekly contest! |
