I like the capitalisation of the word, enough. To start with a shout, is like a burst of emotion that has been pent up for a long time. The word glare, to me, suggests anger as those stars look down on you. Perhaps, this is the point, the stars are like people, always casting their unwanted opinions.

This poem has huge emotions, that leave me breathless. This much pain needs to be released, so I am glad you are writing, as this is a sure safe way of freeing yourself. Keep it up - you have talent.
