Hello Michael, I hope you're well, I must say it's nice to see a new post from you and although short, it's packed with a gut wrenching punch.
The title "even now" could relate to a number of situations for example it could be "I still love you despite what you did and said to me and to; even now" or "even now after a starter, a full roast dinner and cake and custard I'm still hungry" as it's just one of those phrases that sort of goes with anything if that makes sense.

I'll never forget

This opening line could, again, be about anything and although you try and forget you're unable to which generally, in my experience anyways, means trouble or heartache has been dropped at your door.

as she will always be on

This gives us an inclin as to what, or in this case, who you cannot forget. Now, this person was either really horrible and caused you a terrible heartbreak or was truly nice and still caused you a heartbreak because things were too good to be true and she couldn't take it so ended it.. A sad reality that when we try and forget someone or something it genuinely sticks with us longer.

the tip of my tongue

Love the ending and the imagery or this woman being on the tio of your tongue.. It makes me think about you having a new partner and because of what went on in your past you've called her your exes name.... It's like when you go to school and shout "mum" instead of "Miss/Mrs"

All in all a fantastic, relatable piece.
