This poem is quite clever in it's wording and once again it's a poem that could hold many different meanings. The title is simple but the way you wrote this poem it works well. Anyway here's the first thoughts that came to mind.

I think the phrase coughing up holds a different meaning here. Coughing could mean a bunch of different illnesses. With the pandemic we are in though it could mean covid. Before the pandemic hit a cough could mean a cold or even a fever, no one thought about death.

That's why I like the word obituaries used here because it is the reality we live in nowadays. A lot of people dont really take it seriously until it is too late and death happens.

I like the ending here I do not know if it was intentional or not, but it gave me a chuckle. I feel it reads like, you are tired of people not taking the pandemic seriously and seeing so many people die is giving you a headache.

I wouldn't change anything and again this is well written and flows well without punctuation.
