It’s hard to ask for help when you’ve gone agents everything the world believe is what and how it should be. When you disagree, and when you don’t fit the mould to that idea ither mentaly emotionally when your physicality isn’t properly placed in some form or another. It can. And almost 100% will form you to feel the way you feel
