Getting throo 2 Publication!!

I sit here on my own
Wondering what to do
I listen to music for a while
While i wait for a reply
I hope i get through to them

Weeks later i receive an email
Its from the poems manager
This is it...

I sit on the chair jumping up and down
Hoping they've chose mee
I open up the file
And guess what i see
'Congratulations, you have got through to the finals'

I sit there in amazement
Thinking YIPPEE
I print of the slip and fill it in
I send it off in the post today
And now i wait
I wait and wait
Until the day has come
When hopefully I am told
That I've won!!
