You are right that you make yourself feel that way and maybe it is all for attention, but its for attention that you've never gotten, for the attention from someone close to you, you want someone to just hold you through your tears.. trust me I know how it feels.. We have the right to make ourselves feel that way but its even better when you realize that you shouldn't be doing that. Good job. Love the poem.
