This poem is to my son, he is thirteen years old, and a real trooper. Since I have decided to go back to school, this boy has stepped up to be a man.
I am so proud of him, it is hard to be the eldest child, yet he has taken on more responsibilities than what has been asked, and for that I will always be so grateful.

It is a beautiful poem that has defined the reality of someone who is trying their best to make it in this unpredictable world. I have a friend and Her name is Kelly, she also has a son, but he's only four, but the good and wonderful thing is, she has decided to come back to school when things didnt workout with her husband. It is a wonderful thing and it takes a lot to go back to school, so I give you a lot of credit. And keep telling your son how wonderful and how much it means to you to see him act the way he does. Wow, this poem was beautiful. I sure hope that your son read this poem. I am thirteen years old and It makes me feel so good when my mom tells me how much I mean to her and how much she loves me. Kids remember those types of things and it really makes a difference. This poem was wonderful. Thank you for your comment as well.
