aaahh when i first started reading this i thought it was going to be over an ex-boyfriend or something like that. BUT when i finished reading this poem it really touched my heart because it struck a cord with me. I've been in that same boat for my mother kept me from my real father for 14 years and i said those exact same words. On the other hand I know now why she kept me from him, hes a lying child molester. Now my mother and me are best friends. She is more than a mother and I would hope this poem isn't true but if it is i hope one day you guys can work it out and be happy again!!!

yeah, i also thought that this was about an ex-boyfriend or a friend or someone. and then you completely turned it around, that was great!
