THIS is definitely at the top of my list of your poems... I love it more than I can say. "And your shadow eclipses them all" great line.. i have someone in my life that i feel this way about.. and because you have placed it in the love poetry category.. i can totally relate. i wrote something along the same lines (although not as much malice in mine) called Ghost Behind Me. It was while reading this poem that I realized I like your writing because I "get" your writing. Each one of these poems speaks to me about something happening with me right now in my own life.. so regardless of your true intent (which most of us will never quite know), each one (esp this and another) hit me at my core.
