This conveys a lot of sadness (I use the word "convey" a lot...). Do you write your poetry from things that actually happen? Just wondering... Take care.

    Lipton-
Most of my poetry is about real life situations, and emotions ... although, some are triggered from what I read and such.

lovely, I love your imagery and your words. Each line was beautiful, and I especially admired this stance,

    "I take a sharpened edge
    And stab until I feel
The midst of pain inside me
    To hide what cannot conceal"

I can completly relate to that and its absolutly lovely. Great job

    "I take a sharpened edge
    And threaten watering veins
To spill all that is left of me
    To flow in deadly rains"
