Will You Be My Valentine?

I sat at my desk
Scribbling on the paper
What I thought you would like best
I wanted you to be mine
You were so kind

I made a red heart
With pink edges
It had an envelope in the back
Sealed with a sweet kiss of mine

My cheeks were bright red
As I handed it to you
But I knew it was the
Right thing to do

You opened it up with such care
Reading the note over and over again
I couldn't tell if you liked it or not
I just sat and stared
Do you like it or not?

My hands they were shaking
My eyes bubbling with tears
As you stood up and threw it away
Tear after tear, sob sfter sob
I just asked
"Will you be my valentine?"

    Nah it's not true dun worry!! but that poem "Why didn't I know?" that I wrote, today we kinda got together and now we are going out!! I was so excited!! thankyou so much!!!
