This is a great poem. It has a GREAT message in it. I used to cut so I know what youare talking about. The title made me wary of what this was going to talk about. ^_^ Your rhyming is good, as is your rhythm. So, all in all, this is a great job!

I think that the title gives out a really great image aswell as the poem, teenage girls are vain and will do anything to be 'perfect'. While they think they're making things better they're actually making things worse but by this point they can't see it themselves.
This poem gives out a really really good message.
