Such Sweet Scandel

by Stephanie   Mar 18, 2005

Heart to heart,
skin to skin,
face to face,
this is not love,
its passion.

the taste of your lips,
the touch of your skin,
it makes me quiver,
such a beautiful sin.

the smell of your cologne,
the sound of your voice in my ear,
the look in your eyes,
you make me think you care,

such pleasureful pain,
such sweet scandel,
tommorow it'll mean nothing,
this secret we keep,
in the morning you'll be gone,
and the sun will have set on me,

but I'll still think of you,
and when you ask me if I'm alright,
I'll smile and say fine,
and you won't think twice,
I'll turn around as a silent tear falls,
not to let you know,
the pain you have caused,
but I won't let you know,
because my foolish pride won't allow,
and we could've been so much,
but circumstance won't allow...

I didn't mean to fall in love with you,
because you have her,
I didn't want a piece of your heart,
that I didn't deserve,
it means so much more now,
its not just an affair,
even though i've never said it,
the truth is i do care,

I love you...
