umm you for got to and an "N" in the word "and" in this part of ur poem:
"I realize that it’s bad
And I know that it’s not right
Ad I'm very sad to say
That it helps me win this fight"

Deep. keep up letting ur feelings out...and get away from sharp things, when u get pissed and look for a knofe go for a walk take a peice of paper and pen with u...and maybe muzic it helps a bit thats wut i do...it help most of the time...
